I've loved Ed Benes' work ever since his run on Gen13 and when I came across this image whilst researching my favorite DC character, Zatanna, I fell for it instantly. Everything about this piece just spoke to me and I knew that I would one day need to color it. Thanks to malfunctioning cable internet and a bushel of time one weekend, I accomplished my goal.
